The Ross Soil and Water Conservation District was formed in 1947. The District is a legally organized political subdivision of the State of Ohio that is governed by a volunteer Board of Supervisors elected by Ross County residents. Ross SWCD assists landowners with the planning and implementation of conservation practices.

  • Item All Ross Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Ross County Service Center at 475 Western Avenue in Chillicothe, Ohio.
