The Ross Soil and Water Conservation District was formed in 1947. The District is a legally organized political subdivision of the State of Ohio that is governed by a volunteer Board of Supervisors elected by Ross County residents. Ross SWCD assists landowners with the planning and implementation of conservation practices.

Item All Ross Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Ross County Service Center at 475 Western Avenue in Chillicothe, Ohio.
